When i crossed the roads to work today, I took a risk in standing in the middle of the road whilst 2 cars were passing on either side of the road. I silently chided my rash action.
When I was on my way home, waiting at the traffic junction to cross, I made a move and took a step towards crossing the road only to realise it was the red man and it was the cars that were meant to go. Just as I was wondering why the man near me, was not crossing - when he looked across to give me a disapproving look of why is she moving ahead when she is meant to wait.
Hasty actions in moments where the mind is preoccupied. I have always wondered how people could be careless. Only when one realises or goes through the same, do they really understand.
FB picture of the day, in celebration of Barack Obama's victory. He who personifies that, anything is possible for anyone who bothers to make a change. His words are so genuine when delivered to his people. The cold demeanour that many political leaders adopt is far from what Obama channels.
